At any point during your subscription you may request for a refund. We refund the full payment amount if requested within seven days of starting with the plan. No questions asked. Post seven days or if you opted for a 10-day free trial period, refund will only be processed on a pro-rata basis.

You may change your payment plans at any time during your subscription. You paid amount will be adjusted against your new plan and the balance amount will be refunded (in case of a downgrade) or charged (in case of an upgrade).
